Manga Meme Me
I missed this meme because of all the upheaval of moving cross country, but this morning, I finally got the chance to play with Face Your Manga. The result of that tinkering is pictured with this post. I must say, I’m rather dissatisfied with how poorly all the avatar generators currently out there (Face Your Manga, Weeworld, even Second Life, etc.) handle the avatars for larger people. Everyone is designed around some sort of thin norm so that when you try to make someone with a more realistic body type it always looks odd.
This was my big gripe about my avatar back when I Simpsonized myself and Victor was kind enough to fatify it for me using Photoshop.

Well, now that you’ve done it… I still refuse to use this particular service, but I did update my avatar on Twitter with something fitting my attitude…
