So it’s raining like all the heavenly host are crying outside and has been since early this morning. Around 5 this afternoon, one of the board members came by and rang our doorbell to let us know that the basement is flooded with about a foot of water and as a result they’ve had to shut down the hot water heater and the steam heat. The apartment is still nicely comfortable, but it looks like we’re going to be taking cold showers in the morning.
