Update: The person who wrote the tutorial emailed me asking how to make money online, asking for advice on Google Adsense and if PayForPost was worth it.
Pay for post is EVIL. Avoid it.
Google Adsense is a great tool, but only when used properly.
If you want to make money online, then make valuable content. Make something important. Make something positive and useful. Forefront the content over the advertisements and forefront your passion if you want to succeed. Stick with the good guys.
The alternative is to make a spam blog and help the other mindless drones ruin the internet. I, for one, would strongly recommend against this latter tactic, b/c I don’t like all the spam blogs screwing up the internet. I like the internet. Keep your spammy shit out of it.
