…and Netscape, while being democratic in that it is a social news site, is a web site. It’s not a form of government, so I don’t think it qualifies as a democracy. Certain members on the site have been openly cantankerous and abusive and have ignored our requests to follow the proper methods of lodging a complaint. Because of that, we banned them. You’ll find the reason outlined in our Terms of Use:

8. Your Responsibilities.

You may use Netscape.com for lawful purposes only. You may not submit, offer links from, or transmit through Netscape.com any material, or otherwise engage in any conduct that:
