Please stop calling me. I am not a fax machine. I do not appreciate your beeping in my ear.

I started blocking all calls without caller ID on my home line due to your repeated attempts to send faxes to my home number. I just got off the phone with Verizon and learned that the only way I can set up a block list to block your harassment of me is to pay an additional $6.95 a month for a block feature they have.

$6.95 a month is nearly $84 a year that you’ll be costing me because of your asinine fax-spamming to a non-fax number.

According to this website, and other site’s linking to it, you are spoofing your number and doing this to a lot of people.

I will be following the advice of that site and complaining to the FCC:

donotcall@fcc.gov

or by telephone

1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322).

Please also file a complaint at the link below

http://www.the-dma.org/guidelines/ethicscomplaintform.pdf

Your complaint should include: the name, address, and telephone number where you can be reached during the business day; the telephone number involved with the complaint; and as much specific information as possible, including the identity of the telemarketer or company contacting you, the date on which you placed your number on the national Do-Not-Call registry or made a company-specific do-not-call request, if the caller delivered a prerecorded telephone message, and the number provided by Caller ID (especially if the number provided by Caller ID was 514-958-0000).”

You suck.

Sincerely,

C.K. Sample III
