Back before we moved, the fabric tore loose from the back left corner of the seat of my Aeron chair. Since the chair is under a nice warranty, I called up Home Office Solutions, where I bought it, and had them send me a replacement seat. They did and it arrived today. I was surprised to find that there was no return sticker or RMA#. Evidently the defective seat is mine to keep.
What better use for an old Aeron seat than as a little doggy bed in my office for Thatcher?
