You guys took what used to be the web's top daytime destination and turned it into a vanity blog. It started to tank after the move to Columbus and went downhill from there. Pretty sad. It used to be an amazing place.

BTW, you still haven't fixed the issue with trying to link to Netscape stories from the browser's email preview window. Gotta tend to those things if you want to build traffic.

CK you really need to add the (9 hours and 56 minutes ago by someuser) feature to the section we see after we "check story". this will help us determine if we are submitting a duplicate or one that adds to the content already submitted. I am all about adding to the value of the original "submit" or confirming single source reporting.

Hi Catulo, A good deal of the slowness is due to all those pictures. We're investigating ways to keep the pictures while simultaneously speeding up the page load times. If you check out this page: http://www.netscape.com/hometest4/ you'll see one proposed solution that I believe we will be implementing very soon. Cheers, C.K.

Why the "new" NETSCAPE is so heavy? I do have a broadband conection, but I noticed from all sites I surf, the "new" NETSCAPE is the most slow to complete, ...WHY?
Thanks,
