If you are looking to develop for the PSP, but you don’t have the seed capital to buy in to Sony’s development system, here’s a few places to get started with homebrew coding: Lua Player and the PSP development tutorials 1, 2, and 3.

UPDATE: PSPide C++ Beta Version is another one.
