Check out this entry for a cool discussion of a Wikipedia oriented lesson plan for kids:

Andy Carvin comes up with lesson plan that gets the most out of the unverifiableness of Wikipedia. Bottom line, use it to teach the type of information literacy skills we should be applying to much of what we read these days.
