Tomorrow, I’m flying away for a week’s vacation in Turks and Caicos, thanks to the generosity of my in-laws, who are treating Kristin and I to the trip.
I’m going to be totally unplugged from the Internet.
This will be the second time this year where I’ve unplugged for a full week. The first time was immediately before the blogging over at TUAW began, when Kristin and I escaped on our honeymoon to Hawaii. I’m looking forward to the trip as a sort of second honeymoon.
I’ve been feeling a bit stretched of late with lots of things, all good, but somewhat chaotic, going on in my life, so this break will be good as a re-energizer. Hopefully, soon after returning, I will be able to share some of the good things that have been going on, but for now I have to keep them on the d l.
I’m not really looking forward to the pile of emails and RSS feeds I will return to, but, alas, such is the peril of unplugging.
Dear Internet,
Try to have a slow week without me.
Thanks,
C.K.
