Musical Baton Meme

Looks like I’ve been tagged to participate in a meme. I don’t normally do these, because I think they are stupid. Here goes nothing:

Total volume of music files on my computer:

This, which should be the simplest, is in fact the most difficult to answer. On my computer, like in the Music folder of my computer: 5502 songs, 17.5 days, 25.02GBs. Now, in addition to that music, I have nearly 30GBs of music on my iPod (which isn’t the same as on the computer), and about 125GBs of other music on a USB drive networked via my NSLU2. I used to be an assistant supervisor at two different record shops back in my college days, so there’s a whole stack of old CDs I purchased at a discount that have been ripped and crammed onto that drive. Also, that’s my backup drive for music, so most of the songs on the iPod are already there, although not all the songs from my computer.

The last CD I bought was:

I no longer buy CDs. The last album I purchased was the Foo Fighters’ In Your Honor for too much money from the iTMS.
