Chess on PSP
I just got a chance to try the swap trick to run homebrew apps on the PSP running v1.5. Chess is up and running. So cool. Pic to follow shortly.
I just played one quick game. One thing I noticed is that the engine doesn’t yet know that you cannot move your King into check, but this is very promising. You can play human versus human or computer versus human, etc. Amazingly impressive for a homebrew app that someone has been diligently hacking away on. It’s going to really be amazing once I get all the emulators working and can load up tons of old games on this thing.
