Somebody has slapped together PSP Magazines, which preformats snippets from magazines to the proper JPEG size for easy PSP viewing. Cool, but how is this avoiding lawsuits from all the mags involved?

They’re avoiding lawsuits by having the publishers provide the content! It is a cool site but I wish they weren’t pushing the mens magazines so hard. The front page of that site makes it a difficult one to load in a professional office environment.
