		<description>Yeah, this is a huge step forward in university-sponsored web design.  It&#039;s, well, sane...and readable...and professional, traits not often seen in these parts.  It still doesn&#039;t validate, but it comes pretty close. A dtd and language spec would be nice, though, for what I hope is a foreign readership.</description>
