I think I
figured out how to handle links in my handrolled RSS feed.
So far what I have been doing is simply cutting and pasting the code for
the entry from the daily homepage file and into the index.xml file using
Terminal and pico and two open windows. Then after I paste the text into
the feed, I’ve been stripping it bare of any html, so as to not damage
the feed. Now, I think I am going to leave all the links from now on
within the feed and simply encase them in ( ) or [ ]. Finally using my
thinking cap…
